Hi there everyone :)
I am back again to share another layout using Teresa Collins Far & Away collection
for All About Scrapbooks. As you know, the Far & Away collection is travel themed (and we all know how I love to scrap travel photos!), but today's layout is to show the versatility of this fabulous range and how it can be used for just about any themed layout :)
"Selfie Fail?"
I went for a white cardstock base for this one, with some added background work - you can see details of what I did to get this background HERE on the AAS blog.
Pic is of my pooch, Oscar & I whilst out walking....and me trying to get a selfie shot of us. BUT Mr Oscar does not like to look at the camera (unless you bribe him with food!)....plus I kind of cut the bottom part of his head out! lol. The sun was in my eyes, and I could not see a
darn thing....so it was a blind shot!
Hahaha...anyways, another photo/memory scrapped, and these papers suit it fantastically :)
My journaling is on the back of the layout.
Here's a few close ups
A cute little cluster <3
.......and banner
So, as I mentioned previously, more details on techniques, products used & some more closeups, pop on over to the AAS blog HERE.
Thanks so much for dropping by today :) xx

Gorgeous masking work. Very versatile paper line. I had to laugh at your pooch that only poses when bribed...sounds a bit like my grandchildren.
This is great Linda! Love your gentle & inconspicous but fantastic painterly touches & haha well at least you attempted a selfie. Mine would be a TOTAL fail!!!
I love it!!!
The selfie is a memory in itself but the layout makes it more so, love the paper and colours of this range.
Bahahahaha...this made me laugh! (Most of my selfies with the boys turn out like this one of you & Oscar!) As always, your layering work on this layout is divine, and a perfect embellishment cluster! X
He he he...your slefie is too funny! I don't have much luck with selfies...I never get it right! LOL
Love your page....love the layering and the fab background! Really gorgeous! ;-)
I reckon it's a pretty good selfie...anyways, it's my type...hiding behind something so's you can't see me!! LOOOVE the 'flag' triangles up the top edge & those scallops....REALLY like this one:):)
This is gorgeous Linda and a fabulous use of these papers. Looooove the selfie ... you even take great photos when all the conditions are wrong! LOL Love the background, love the cute banner and absolutely adore the whole page!! Brilliant!! ox
