Is a brand new challenge blog! Their first dare is to use paper scraps to create your background - and who doesn't like to use up scraps?!

Here is my take on it using random scraps from my scrap pile, some Lil Red Rocket and some felt flowers that were given to me in a rak by Melinda Thompson
