3 more cards as Sept Guest Designer for The Scrapbook Store

Hi everyone,

Things have been a little hectic around here of late - just over a week to go before I'm heading off on my big trip!!!  So I've been busy organising all those last minute things, plus I've been sick, which has slowed me up a bit!!  grrrrr.  I have managed a little bit of scrapping though, in the form of some cards.

So here's a little of what I've been up to using FabScraps "Wild at Heart" for The Scrapbook Store..

This card will be for my dads next birthday....he'll be turning the big 80!!!
Using the Wild Ride papers, with some mesh tape & one of the Finnabair Mechanical cogs.

I pulled out my old Spellbinders Nestabilities dies and have covered one using mesh tape, before adding the metal cog on top

Plus we're having a 21st next year as well....it's a big year for major milestones in our family next year....we also have a 25th as well.  This one will be for my sons 21st.
Using a mix of Wild Ride & Skating Wild papers & the FabScraps chipboard guitar.

Again, I've covered the guitar using the Tim Holtz Distress Glitter (Pumice Stone), and I've also added a few canvas resist cogs from my stash.

This one was a fairly simple card....by adding one of the pockets & tags from the die cut set...too easy!

And the final card in this set....again using the Wild Ride papers.

I simply cut the bike dude from the Die Cut set & stuck him down on a few layers of PP & kraft CS with some foam dots...and wrapped some twine around the CS, and that was it.
Not sure who/what this one will be for, so I've left it without a sentiment at this stage.

ok, so that's it from me for now.
I have a few more cards in mind, so I'll be back some time soon with those.

My apologies for not doing much visiting to everyone's blogs of late.
It may be a while before I get back into the swing of things...probably when I'm back from o/s and hopefully not soo busy!.....and sick :-/

Thanks so much for dropping by....xx

These are great cards, I always find masculine ones harder to do, but yours are fabulous!
