Yay, I've finally had a chance to scrap! And sketch #77 at Sketchabilities is just what I needed to get myself into my creative space....it's another fabulous sketch by Karan Gerber :)
and here is my take on it....
Using some yummy Carta Bella "Beautiful Moments" papers & of course, some fabulous 2crafty chipboard...with some misting & texture past on the background...that again, didn't quite go to plan! lol

The scroll under the photo is the 2crafty Wrought Iron....and I've simply given it a couple of coats of gesso (dabbed on rather than brush strokes) & then lightly inked to highlight with pinecone ink
and I've done the same thing with the piece I cut from the Ornate Fence
The Funky Hearts, I ran through my Cuttlebug using a script embossing folder...then gesso'd & painted the smaller heart with Burnt Red Glimmermist...and lightly swiped the edges of the larger heart to help it stand out against the white bits of the photo.

Even if the misting etc did not go according to plan (happens to me all the time!! LOL) it still looks awesome.Love the cute embossed hearts and those beautiful chippies!

this looks fab, love the details you added, and not going to plan is how most of my projects turn out, its the duplicating it again, i cant seem to master, lol!!

This is simply beautiful.
Tee hee mists are fickle and I always have little impromptu accidents or lucky booh boohs happening to me. This looks just beautiful Linda, love that collection and how you have scrapped in your usual gorgeous way. xoxo
